Where did I see this leg exercise?

Cathe is doing a lunge in which she is holding the dumbbell in a vertical position on the floor. I can't find it now-----it's on one of Cathe's Live classes or on a DVD. In this Live Class or DVD, Cathe also uses a step. Can anyone please direct me to the Live class or DVD? Thank you so much.
 
The weight is meant for a balance tool only, not used as resistance. So the bigger the dumbbell, the better off you'll be.
 
Ok.... Now where is the ab workout where you flip from pushups to situps really fast for like 3 rounds? I know I've done it and I have no idea which vidoe that is on
 
It is on Xtrain Supercuts as well as Cathe Greatest Hits (again from Supercuts). On that it is a combo of 5 sit-ups/5 push-ups for eight sets. One of my favorites.

MIne too. It's a fun way to get ab work in for me, since I avoid it too often! lol
