where can i get sb/sjp

I don't have the dvd but it sounds like Vol 1 Body Blast Series. sb is 55 mins and spj is 73 mins but check out the descriptions on the the dvd page. I've been spending alot of time reading through them to get the details for my order.

Yes, Angel is right. Volume One of the Body Blast series contains two workouts: Step Blast, and Step, Jump and Pump. The 90 minute premix you're talking about is on that dvd. It contains the cardio segments of both workouts, in one long workout.
