Hi Cathe!

I've been a Cathelete for over 10 years and I workout with you everyday. You are such an inspiration to me and I wanted to thank you for continuing to produce your workouts on DVD although you offer streaming services. I guess I'm old school, but I'd just rather have a DVD collection! I wanted to know what are your personal workouts like when you're not teaching classes or rehearsing/filming new workouts? What does a typical few weeks look like for you? I'm trying to not repeat the same DVD in a month. Cardio Slam is one of my all time favorites because it packs a lot of burn into a relatively short amount time. It was always my go to Saturday morning workout, but I decided I needed to shake things up. I alternate my workouts with one week I do single body parts with some HIIT and other cardio mixed in and the following week, I do total body circuits with cardio mixed in.
