When to start a rotation

When do you start a rotation? For instance May 1st is on Tuesday. Would you start a May rotation on Monday April 30 or Monday May 7.

Start day 1 any day you choose... Many of us look at where the REST day falls (not always day 7) and go from there based on personal preference... Your body doesnt know what day it is... It just needs the consistency.
In summer time my rest day needs to fall on weekends because of my activities but in winter months I prefer a Wednesday rest day.
