Just thought I'd share an observation with you all.
I ususally work out first thing in the morning, as I am definately a morning person. But every now and again I can't do it then, and find myself working out in the evening after work. At that time it is a little hard to get motivated, and the idea of doing cardio is particularly revolting.
I have found that in the evening, the S&H series--particularly upper body-- feels most peaceful and enjoyable. No jumping around, no fast paced action, no rapid beat to the music, and you get to rest and stretch. Even though I will still work the muscle hard, and feel my heart rate rise, I don't feel like I've been tortured like I would if I had to do all sort of fast movements. I always feel so calm when I am done.
(And in fact, the opposite is also true--in the morning, S&H sometimes just seems too slow!)
