It depends on the day. I just joined a gym, so now I'm going there while my youngest dd is at preschool or else taking her to the daycare there, between 9-10AM usually. On days I work out at home I either get up at 5:45 to get it done before I have to get my older dd's up for school or do it at my dd's naptime in the afternoon. I'm pretty flexible as long as I get it done. I'm just not an evening exerciser, I don't like to work out after dinner. (other than doing some pilates/ stretching while relaxing!) I prefer to get my cardio done first thing AM that way I don't have to take 2 showers!
