When do you workout?

It depends on the day. I just joined a gym, so now I'm going there while my youngest dd is at preschool or else taking her to the daycare there, between 9-10AM usually. On days I work out at home I either get up at 5:45 to get it done before I have to get my older dd's up for school or do it at my dd's naptime in the afternoon. I'm pretty flexible as long as I get it done. I'm just not an evening exerciser, I don't like to work out after dinner. (other than doing some pilates/ stretching while relaxing!) I prefer to get my cardio done first thing AM that way I don't have to take 2 showers!
 
When I worked f/t I was an evening exerciser...about an hour after dinner during the week. On weekends it varied since I wasn't working.

I have been a SAHM mom now for over 1.5 years and my work out schedule changes with the wind! LOL I've exercised at all hours of the day between 7am and 8 pm basically.

I have a p/t job these days that I work 3 mornings a week so on those days I exercise after lunch. When I don't work, if I am going to the gym, I do it in the morning around 9 and if I'm working out at home it's after lunch again. I also will go to the gym after dinner for a class or something a few times a month as well.

My workweek workouts are from M-R from 7pm-830pmish or I try to start by 6:30pm and on Saturdays, the earlier the better. Sundays, either after my afternoon nap for early before church. I try to recover on Fridays and sometimes on Mondays.
 
During the week I start around 4:30-4:45 PM & am done by 6-6:30 PM, on weekends usually about 9AM but sometimes I'll run errands first then w/o so then it's like 11AM.
 
I work out around 8 in the morning right after I drop my daughter off at school. I find morning workouts work better for me!!!
 
depends on the day and the weather.

i sometimes am out at the park at 5am to meet my walking partners, and walk for an hour and a half. weekends we meet and walk from 5:30-8:00.

my other workouts are at nite after i am done with work. varies between all the step, bosu, kickboxing, yoga, weights, etc, and my taekwondo classes at 8pm 2-3 times a week.
 
Wow! A lot of you are done by 9am. I will be thinking of you when I am trying to get my butt out of bed at 6am. I am successful most of the time! It feels great to have it done, be showered and dressed before my little girl wakes up at 8am. But some days I don't get to work out until 2pm. While she is sleeping!!! I have the most and best energy then but hate how I have to get ready twice. And then there are the days that I have too much going on (or talk myself out of it)and don't get to work out until 7pm. I guess I am all over the place. It's good to know that other's schedules change too. It's fun to know whose, when. I'm not alone:D
 
I'm pretty fortunate to have the work schedule I do. Mon. and Tues. I workout at 5:00 AM to be at work by 7:15- (35 min commute). Wed. I usually take as my OFF day. Thurs. I work till 12:00 PM, so I workout when I get home. Fri. I am off work, so any time in the morn is my WO. Sat and Sun I usually workout whenever I feel like it-mostly late morn to early aft.

i workout in the morning before work on weekdays.... depending on the workout... i start at either 4:30 or 5:00 (i get up at 4:00-4:30

on weekends i normally don't do a dvd workout cuz i'm out riding my bike and consider that my workout!

holidays i usually workout AND ride my bike....

I am a late afternoon girl, myself. My body is on the opposite schedule from most people...I work nights. I typically get up and work out around 4p then go to work at 6p. That's only on the weekends, but my body is used to that schedule, so even when I am up during the day on my days off, I still break out the workout gear around 4-5p.
 
I'd love to workout .a.m. but I would have to start right at 4am. Be on the road by 6am to get to work by 7am. I get home around 6pm and usually start my workout between 7:30pm and 8:30pm somewhere. I don't have kids but I do have a german shepherd that is full of energy when I get home so I have to make sure I walk him sometime before or after my workout.
 
Usually around 7:00pm. I keep telling myself that one day I will be a morning exerciser but every time I set the alarm for 4:00 I can't get up.
 
I'm a 4:30 am girl during the week. On weekends, it's more like 6:30 am -7:00 am. I love having that workout over in the mornings.
