When did you start to have MS (if at all)?

I'm 6 weeks today, and boy I sure don't feel pregnant. The only thing different is that I feel crampy, and occasionally I have a gnawing feeling in my stomach like I'm hungry. I am delighted that I haven't dealt with nausea, but it makes me a little nervous. If I am going to have it, would it have happened by now?

I started "feeling pregnant" before my period was even due. Excessive saliva not lots but enough to notice and my boobs are a lot bigger. More so than what is normal for PMS.
Luckily, my ob/gyn is seeing me on Tuesday so once I get a doctor's confirmation I may feel like it's more real. :)

With my first pregnancy I did not have any morning sickness at all. However, with this baby I have had it almost every morning and it goes away around lunch time. I'm lucky because I have only had nausea and no vomitting with my morning sickness. I think I started to get it around 7 weeks. Not all women have morning sickness. If you are lucky you won't experience it at all.

Don't worry you will start to feel pregnant soon enough. Especially when it is time to go to your doctor appointments and hear the baby's heartbeat.

I'm almost 6 weeks, and don't have nausea yet either. One of the books I read (and my sister in law) said that it usually happens weeks 6-12.

The only symptom I'm feeling results in needing to wear two bra tops to work out. Ouch!

It's a different experience for everyone, but generally speaking it starts after the 6th week, and increases in intensity, peaking around the 12th week. So, you may still be in for a "fun ride", I'm afraid :) I remember with my first I actually enjoyed getting sick because it was the only thing that made the pregnancy seem real, at that early stage.

As others have already stated, you may indeed be one of the lucky ones who doesn't get m/s, but it's still too soon to say.

Cheers,
Sandra

with my first and current pregnancy i didn't experience any morning sickness...Thank goodness.
not everyone gets morning sickness...i would say start praying.:)

I felt morning sickness between 6 and 7 weeks along and it lasted until between 12 and 16 weeks.

I pity those poor ladies who are sick the entire 9 months.:(

And like some have said, others don't have it at all.

take care

With both of my pregnancies I never experienced morning sickness. My Mom and sisters never had any either...guess I'm lucky it runs in the family. Some prenatal vitamins can make some people sick...the one I was using was making me a little woosy until I made sure I always took it on a full stomach. Hope you don't have to experience sickness!

It started for me right around 6 weeks. I thought I was past it and then boom, it hit. I felt awful all morning. I took my best friend's advice and started eating some crackers before getting out of bed in the morning. Then I eat dry cereal in the car on the way to work then I munch on more dry cereal all morning until lunch. That seems to curb it really well.

When I had my first doc appointment, she decided to do a vaginal u/s because I was not having any symptoms of pregnancy. Morning sickness hit the very next morning :-(

I hope you do not suffer from it at all, lots of people don't and you could easily be one of the lucky ones :)

I did a HPT at 4 weeks and I was already feeling nauseous. My morning sickness lasted from the time I got up until the time that I went to bed from weeks 4 to about 9 weeks. Then I would get it every afternoon from about 3:30 until I went to bed. Last week is when it finally stopped. I hope that you don't get it b/c it is so uncomfortable. Luckily I never vomited but I sure felt like I was going to.

My first pregnancy I didn't have it at all.
