Here is what I take, I take an active woman's vitamin from GNC along with Omega 3,6,& 9 (Health from the sun) also at GNC, along with fiber pills to make sure I get enough fiber in my diet. I take one of each twice a day. I also drink whey protein after every workout and this combination has really seem to be of great benefit. I noticed shortly after introducing the vitamins and protein that I was more entergetic and was able to perform much better throughout the entire workout. I wouldn't go a day without my vitamins, fiber and protein.
