What's your resting heart rate?

I haven't done a resting one in a while, but when I put my monitor on yesterday before I went to the gym it read 72.

Mine has been consistently around 80-90, lower whet I FIRST wake up (like 65-75). It differs with everyone, and the fitter you are, the lower it will be, at least that is what I've gleaned from reading different things about it.

on average about 58 when I wake up, about 65 when I sit quietly during the day (I checked three days in a row earlier this year). RHR goes up during the day.

43-45. It's always been on the low side, but has gotten even lower since increasing the intensity of my exercise routine.

In the high 50's, though I had a minor outpatient procedure done about a year and a half ago and was told by the nurse and anesthesiologist that when I drifted off to sleep (before any anesthesia was given), I just drifted off in the holding room waiting, my heart rate dipped into the 40's. The anesthesiologist started asking me questions and I told him was a runner and fitness enthusiast. Anyway, it must be in the 40's when I sleep.

I just had mine checked about 2 months ago. My Doctor said it varies between 49 and 52! When I am asleep it gets down to about 20!

Since I have been spinning like my hair's on fire and running like a gazelle my resting heart rate has gotten really loooooooowwwwww . . . less than 40 first thing in the morning and varies between 42-45 during the day.

If I rest for a minute or two, it goes down to the high fifties. If I rest for a longer period of time, it goes even lower.
