What's your opinion on the best Cathe series for weight loss? Or not necessarily a series but a rotation using her videos. I'm currently doing CTx but I'm not sure its enough cardio or weights. Can't wait to hear!
 
I feel the same way about CTX. The cardio is too short as well as the weight segments. The purpose for that series was people who were lacking time. Personally, I thought the Body Blast series worked the best for fat loss. However, you will probably get responses for Intensity series.
 
I like to do a combination of the Intensities and Body Blast. For example, I'll do a rotation that looks something like this:

Sunday - PUB + extra abs
Monday - Off
Tuesday - IMAX2 or IMAX1
Wednesday - PUB + half hour of cardio
Thursday - Step Blast or KP&C (or other cardio)
Friday - Muscle Endurance
Saturday - Step Blast or KP&C (or other cardio)

I've also had some good results with CTX, I just add on to it. My CTX rotation might look something like this:

Sunday - MIS or Push Pull (double set premix)
Monday - Off
Tuesday - CTX cardio plus three upper body parts plus abs
Wednesday - Two cardios from CTX
Thursday - CTX cardio plus remaining upper body parts plus abs
Friday - Leaner Legs
Saturday - Cardio (something other than CTX)

The cardio on CTX is short, but I got awesome results doing mostly CTX for several weeks, in fact, I looked my slimmest! Those short workouts are serious calorie burners!
 
My opinion is: do whatever cardio you enjoy most 4-5 times a week, & find a good diet that you can stick with!
