I like to do a combination of the Intensities and Body Blast. For example, I'll do a rotation that looks something like this:
Sunday - PUB + extra abs
Monday - Off
Tuesday - IMAX2 or IMAX1
Wednesday - PUB + half hour of cardio
Thursday - Step Blast or KP&C (or other cardio)
Friday - Muscle Endurance
Saturday - Step Blast or KP&C (or other cardio)
I've also had some good results with CTX, I just add on to it. My CTX rotation might look something like this:
Sunday - MIS or Push Pull (double set premix)
Monday - Off
Tuesday - CTX cardio plus three upper body parts plus abs
Wednesday - Two cardios from CTX
Thursday - CTX cardio plus remaining upper body parts plus abs
Friday - Leaner Legs
Saturday - Cardio (something other than CTX)
