What's your favorite pre-mix?

One of the other posts made me realize I'd like to hear more about various premixes. So, what's your favorite pre-mix? Do you have a break-down of what's in it? Thanks.

I like the Push Pull double set premix, where you do each push/pull combo twice before moving on to the next one.

I also like several of the KPC/Legs&Glutes premixes. I believe they range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes and are either set up as circuits or have the cardio first followed by the leg work.

Another one I use a lot is the Boot Camp "cardio and lower body" premix. I combine it with CTX Power Circuit for an hour long lower body circuit.

I'm sure I could go on and on, but I'll stop at three!

You guys keep reminding me how pre-mix illiterate I am!!. I like the BC/ME premix. But I either combine 2 or 3 workouts into one or do as is. I have to discover more. I never take the time to view them. It's hard to be here lately, as I have to take time off to heal what seems to be a bad strained muscle which is causing numbness and stiffness in my neck and arm. I sure am chompin' at the bit to exercise. I sure am getting a lot of stuff done before the kids get out of school though.

Okay, now this isn't the purpose of the thread is it?:+

BC/ME bonus premix (I did it today) and the core only premix from BC (although I haven't done that one since I got CoreMax. I also like the SB/SJP premix (the one that is close to 90 minutes).

I love the bootcamp premix lower body and cardio only and the premix of the high step advanced cardio and lower body. I also love the gym style upper body timesavers and the bootcamp challenge on the kickmax dvd.

I like several of the pre mixes mentioned above, and add these:

PUB/PLB Bonus combo very nice with two rounds of leg press.

KPC has a pre mix with combinations and leg press alternating. It is great on the legs and cardio!

BC lower/cardio followed by BC all kickbox is intense and short.

Thanks for these suggestions, I've kept a list so that the next time I'm looking for variety I can try these! Keep them coming! Can someone tell me where to find a breakdown of the Gym Style upper body timesavers? Thanks!

I love so many of the premixes, for different reasons. They're a great way to change the intensity level of the workout, to suit what I need for the day. My favourite premixes are from the Body Blast Series.

For an intermediate, non-step day I particularly love KPC's premix (the fourth one in the list, I think) that does the warm up, intermediate intensity drills, combos 1 and 2, core work, and stretch.

SJP has a premix that circuits the workout as follows:
step section 1; hi/lo segment 1; weight segment 1;
step sectio 2; hi/lo segment 2; weight segment 2;, etc. etc. You get the full SJP workout, but by circuiting it this way, it is actually more challenging.

I love the SB/SJP premix that circuits the SB step segments with the SJP weight segments. One version of this premix includes the SB challenge at the end, while another version does not.

I love the KPC/LG premixes a lot. The 82 minute one is awesome.

BootCamp's core premix can do miraculous things for your core.

Happy Premixing!

Okay, now I HAVE to break out my credit card (yet again!!). I have BodyBlast on VHS and these premixes have my head reeling and my heart racing at the very idea of the possibilities.

The premixes I love are not necessarily the hardest but I have a lot of fun with step premixes. I love Cardio and Weights step only with IMAX2 combos only. The LowMax blasts only followed by CTX power circuits is a great lower body workout (more of a mish mosh than a premix I suppose but it is a great workout!)

Take Care

SB/SJP Cardio Circuit Premix....SB WU and Step secion #1, SJP hi/lo #1, SB Step section #2, SJP hi/lo #2, SB Step secion #3, SJP hi/lo #3 and #4 then stretch.

I like several of the premixes mentioned but my favorite is the cardio and lower body premix of BC.
