What's your fave "old" Cathe Step vid?

**Please entertain me as I wait for my new videos to be shipped and until I get another permanent teaching position!!!!

Anyhow...
I bring this up because I just traded for Step Jam and that's something I had before but had to say goodbye to it...but I do remember it was the funnest workout! I have Step Fit, Power Max, MIC, Wedding and Step Works as well, but I've only done Wedding so far and really enjoyed the low intensity

Someday I'll get to them...now it's your turn!

Hi Myra!

None of Cathe's tapes seem old to me yet since I just got my first one in May. That was BodyMax, I also have Step Heat, MSB, TWV, SNM1, and MIS. But right now my favorite is the one that got started with Cathe, BodyMax

! I truly love this tape!! The others are great also, but BodyMax really clicks for me. So, you're a school employee too, huh? I go back on Mon.UGHH

! That's probably when my order will be shipped since I didn't get to order until the end of July. Oh well, hopefully they'll be here by Labor Day weekend and I can take advantage of the 3 day

My favorite Old Cathe Right Now is...

Mega Step Blast! Gosh, I love that music! But I love ALL Cathe's cardio workouts, so it's hard to say.....

Favorites

My favorites are Step Fit and Step Jam. And Power Max.
Better stop now.
One interesting aside though. Before I had any of Cathe's tapes I was sure that Step Jam and Step Fit would be my least favorite. I thought I would prefer her more moderate choreography, but I have really come to love the more complex choreography.
