Hello everyone

I love Cathe so I have Cathe workouts every day.
I am doing the STS 6 month rotation, I am on the last month.
So Monday STS legs, Tuesday last week did Insanity Max. Int Cardio and Cathe Terminator, Wednesday STS chest and back, Thursday Imax 2 and Imax 3, Friday STS shoulders, biceps and triceps, Saturday STS legs (squat rack) and 4DS Bootcamp and Kickbox Cardio only.
Next week STS and for cardio Hardcore Extreme and Insanity for Tuesday, Imax 1 and Imax 2 Thursday and Saturday Cardio Coach #7 or #8 after STS legs.
I alternate Cathe, Amy, Cardio Coach and Insanity.
Love these instructors and have great results.

I can not be reading this right. You do Insanity and HCE on the same day and Imax 1 and Imax 2 on the same day? Why in the world would anyone do that

I can definitely see why "Insanity" is in the mix! Hey, I've been there. You do it because you love it and because you feel like if a little is good, a lot must be great! And if you can still move after 6 hours of weight lifting, surely you can stick a little cardio in there, right? And hey, Cathe wouldn't have made all those videos if she didn't expect you to do them all in the same day, right?

Su: 20 Min. Cardio/Squeeze Lower Body Challenge or Squeeze Stronger Lower Body & Abs Premix/Classical Stretch Floor routine
M: 20 Min. Cardio/Squeeze Stronger Upper Body & Waist premix/Classical Stretch or Essentrics
T: Longer Cardio/Classical Stretch or Essentrics
W: Rest
Th: P57 Classic/Classical Stretch Arms & Abs OR Essentrics Arms, Abs, & Waister Toner
F: Essentrics or Classical Stretch one hour
S: Cardio Barre Intermediate/Classical Stretch Lets & Butt
Sun: P57 Express/Cardio Barre Ultimate Advanced Upper Body Add on/CS Arms & Abs
M: Cardio/Classical Stretch or Essentrics Flexibility Workout for Athletes
T: P57 Arms & Abs Booster/Cardio Barre Ultimate Advanced Lower Body Add on/Essentrics Legs, Butt, & Thigh Thinner
W: Rest
Th: Squeeze Total Body Premix or Jackier Warner's Power Circuit Training Total Body Circuit/20 min. Cardio/Maybe Classical Stretch episode
F: One hour of Classical Stretch or Essentrics
S: Cardio Barre Intermediate or Cardio/Yoga or a Classical Stretch episode
I did this for two weeks then took a break last week and got in 3 or 4 workouts. I'm back to it again this week, I hope. I'm loving barre and Classical Stretch and Essentrics right now. When Shock Cardio gets here I may mix it up and go back to some heavier lifting using Amy Bento's SloMo or Cathe's 4DS or Chalene's CLX but I don't know.

What is turbulence training?

Great rotation! How is your body responding to it??? I have all the workouts your doing but haven't done them as a rotation like you. Turbulence training is a workout program you download. The discription of the whole program is found at www.turbulencetraining.com and if you decide to become a member, all the workout downloads are on www.ttmembers.com Basically its a 3 day per week program (every other day) in which you do a 20-25 min full body lifting routine followed by a 20 min intense interval session. On your off days you do 30 min of whatever light activity you want making sure that the intensity doesn't interfere with recovery.

Sunday ~ 6 mile run and weight workout (if not done on Saturday)
Monday ~ Rest day
Tuesday ~ 3-4 mile run
Wednesday ~ Kettlebell circuits or Crossfit Workout
Thursday ~ Running drills (usually 200 or 400 meter runs mixed with kettlebells, push ups, squats, etc.
Friday ~ Kettlebell circuits or Crossfit Workout
Saturday ~ Weight workout and/or 5K race (if I'm signed up for one)

I'm in the middle of the 6 month STS, so it is

M/W/F - STS
T/Th/Sa - cardio (whatever I feel like, try to keep it mixed up) and an Ab Circuits
Su - rest day - Bellydancing

And then doggie walks thrown in as well, but I don't count those as exercise. That's just part of life. Pretty straight forward

Nan
