Why is everyone saying "stay away from the eggs" in the check up post? I LOVE eggs...my favorite. I eat 1 whole egg and two egg whites almost everyday for breakfast, along with a cup of steel cut oatmeal. Keeps me full for a few hours and basically no sugar (well, I do put a little milk and a piece of fruit in the oatmeal so there sugar in that). Maybe I should back off the eggs a bit. What do most of you eat for breakfast?
