ok ok ok so.... yep I tried it and yep failed miserably too. My arms are too short, skinny and weak to carry the weight of my butt haha! I really looked stupid in front of the mirror trying this. Anyway I tried modifications just as I used to do with the crow pose. I left one foot crossed and the other one touching the floor (trying to stay as high as Cathe is in that pic) and it was still hard, but doable. When I get core max I'm thinking I'll try that one and then in the middle I'll change feet and do the move again.
