Quick one for ya.
Yesterday morning I got up at 6 and ran for 30 min.The whole day I was STARVING! Today I got up with the intentions of running but I found my way back to the bed.It is almost 9a.m now and I am not one bit hungry.
So whats the point? If you get up in the wee hours of the morning,to workout on a empty belly,(the purpose being so that you can get your body moving and maybe shave some weight off)but then you eat more.Then prehaps I should just stick to working out in the evening.
Does anyone else think this? Or do I end up buring more cals working out in the morning? The other thing being,when I workout in the evening, I workout longer.In the morning I only fit a 30 min run in.
