What's the one workout DVD you hate to do but you do it anyway?

Hmmm...I was thinking of your question, and I frankly can't think of any workout that I hate and do. If I hate to do it, I get rid of it.

But I like a lot of different workouts (I may not like everything about them, but can make them usable for me in many ways).
 
Another "MIC" dreader here.

I'm so not a fan of any hi/low, and I really don't like MIC hi/lo. And then after you get through that first part, AND the step (is it 2 hours?), you have to do the blasts, and JUMP HIGHER.

I will do on rare occasion, if it's on a rotation.
 
I love topics like these...lately anything legs I dread doing...so probably B&G - but like someone else said - I do love the results. Does anyone love leg workouts? Also the GS bicep work is killer. I always moan and groan through that one. I always feel amazing when its done though!
 
Another vote for MIC here!! I don't necessarily hate it, I just find it extremely challenging. I'm huffing and puffing before I even get up to the step portion. I see it as a challenge so I push myself through it.
