Whats the Next Step

Cathe, With your beginners rotation you suggest after 3 months not to do the Imax series or extreme or terminator type workouts, but you do suggest cardio and weights as the next step however this workout is attached to Imax 2. I'm a little confused as to what to do can you clear this up for me?
 
I just finished the Beginner Rotation too and between my mother and I spent hours in the forums trying to figure out what was next. Here's what I found - Body Blast is a tough follow up (although it nearly killed me) so I switched to Cross Train after reading the following rotation. Saia11 posted a response with a rotation for CTX that integrated weights with steps that I can still follow without blacking out. :7

This is the rotation I'm doing now and only for this week but I can do it and steps aren't so difficult I can't follow. But I can DEFINATELY feel that it's a step up from the beginner so drink your energy drink or eat a bar first - whatever works for you.

Cardio and Weights is on the same dvd as Imax 2, but they are not the same workout.
