What's the latest...?

Hi,

I know that a lot of people get up early to work out, but what's the latest you guys have worked out? It's 9 pm here, and I'm thinking of lifting...I've had a two hour nap so I'm well rested...

I'm a complete oddity. Last week I started my workout at 2 am and was done by 4 am. I did the Push/Pull twice through premix. You have to go for it no matter when you feel energetic.

Now that is the "earliest" workout I've heard of so far! :) I'm with you though...gotta do it when you can fit it in, because the alternative is to not do it at all.
 
I've gone for 10 pm moonlit jogs and done Cathe workout on back patio in the moon at 9 to 10 pm, but not my norm. have fun
 
I've started as early as 6am or as late as 8pm and have probably hit almost every hour in between the 2 as well!:7
 
I usually prefer late afternoons and evening workouts over mornings. I have done weights at 10pm before and gone to bed straight afterwards. I can do cardio this late too, but usually prefer something less energetic than IMAXes. Sometimes it can take a while to fall asleep if you exercise late.

I used to workout as late at 10 or 11 but not any more. If it's not done by 8 at the absolute latest, it's not getting done at all.

The earliest I have ever worked out is 5am. That's pretty much no more as well. I'm very sleepy lately!

I've worked out as late as 10 or 11 also, but that is extremely rare for me! I used to get up at 4:30 to drink some java, get myself woken up, and working out by 4:45 or 5:00 a.m. Those were not my funnest days and I'd crash and burn early afternoon. Now, I'm not working so it's been nice to get my workouts done before my hubby comes home from work but I don't have to do it early a.m. or late at night anymore.

I regularly start working out at about 8:30 - 9:00. My days are all the same:

get home from work at 4:30, go to farm and ride 5:00 - 7:00, eat then work out.

There is no way on God's green earth that I would get up to work out at 5:00 a.m. You ladies are animals :7!!!

Yeah...I find that cardio doesn't keep me awake as bad as weights do for some reason...I dont know why. Cardio just puts me to sleep usually.
 
In the past, I went running occasionally at 9-10 pm but don't do that anymore. Recently, I did one of the new workouts at about 8:30, but generally, I prefer to work out before 8 pm; otherwise, I'm all amped up and can't get to sleep.
