Whats the best way to use S&H

Hi Everyone - I just received S&H. I'm excited about using it and hoping it will bring me strength, definition, muscle pop, & fat loss. My question is how should I use it to get these results? I've been eating clean & working out to Cathe for some time now and lost 4 pounds and several inches. I want to lose one more pound to meet my short term goal. Some of the other DVD's I have include 4DS, MM, ME, PUB/PLB, PP/SS, IMAX2, SB, SJP, LIC. I purchased S&H hoping to shock my system.

Should I rotate it with 4DS? Should I use it for four weeks? Looking forward to your responses.

Use each workout once a week, putting cardio and stretch days in between.

I'd start with doing S&H for 2-3 weeks, and see how that goes. If you like what you are seeing, then add on another week.

IMO, S&H is best for strength and some muscle gain. Definition is better achieved through circuit workouts and/or more cardio (to reduce the fat layer on the body). So you might want to do 2 weeks of S&H, then two weeks of a full-body, higher-rep workout. Or something similar.
 
Congratulations on your excellent results!! Ooh, I LOVE Slow and Heavy! Have you looked through Cathe's old rotations? I found a few -- maybe this will give you some ideas on how to use it.
