What's Next After Gym Styles

I just finished a six week rotation of Gym Styles (doing a one body part per day method because of the shorter workouts). I like what it has done for me.

So, what's next? Should I do more of an endurance rotation (Muscle Max, Pyramids) or stick with the Gym Styles and just go heavier?

So my question is should I give my body a break and work on endurance or should I just go heavier on the muscle building?

i have a few questions for you....what were your results like and how much cardio did you do....did you cardio on the same days that you did say Chest/Tri's....id love to know, i finally have all of the gym styles and i was thinking about trying a rotation with them.
thanks

The Gym Styles seem to be more middle-range rep, so I'd personally consider them hypertrophy. I would go with an endurance-based rotation or a strength (8 rep or less) rotation (ie Slow & Heavy) to shock the muscles.

I am where I want to be as far as my weight so my cardio consists of riding a stationary bike for 30 minutes each session 3 - 5 times per week. I usually ride my bike in the morning and do weight work in the evening after work. So, yes sometimes I do cardio and weights on the same day but usually with atleast 8 hours in between....but not always.....as you know life doesn't always work according to schedule.

I can see results of the GS rotation in my arms and chest. My arm muscles seem to have gotten a bit bigger. And I think I gained a pound of muscle during the six week rotation. My scale says I gained a pound but I think it is muscle - not fat.

And I should add that when doing GSLegs I only do the standing leg work because I feel I also get a lot of leg work from riding my bike and my legs are as big as I want them to be. I don't care for cardio style DVDs which is why I ride my bike. This allows me to watch the morning news at the same time.

BTW: I am 5'4", weigh 115 lbs. and I am 40 years old.
