What's next after Gym Styles?

I've done a rotation using Gym Styles for 5 weeks. Next week I would like to do a different program. My goal is to build muscle and definition, not really weight loss (I am 5'1" and 110). I've had great results with Gym Styles so I just want to build on that, but I don't know if I should continue with another split routine (like Slow and Heavy or 4DS) or circuit workouts (Boot Camp or BM2) or what. Help! I'm confused.

I currently have B&G, Muscle Max and Pyramids. What do you suggest my next DVD purchases are? If you can help me with a rotation based on the videos I already have, I would truly appreciate it!

Thank you!

I think Slow & Heavy would be a great choice for building on the foundation you've set with your GS rotation. You may want to take an active rest week or two doing total body and or circuits, but if you're feeling good and your muscles are recovering, I'd think that Slow & Heavy would be a great choice for building muscle. I'm sure others with more knowledge will chime in here.

Slow and Heavy is great but I love the fun factor of 4DS so that would be my next pic and besides you get a bit of cardio and MANY premixes.

Another idea is a one body part per day rotation combining S&H with MM or something similar....so do the chest work from S&H, followed by the chest work from MMax, then tack on a 30 min cardio from 4DS. One day could be B&G or if you only want to workout 5 days a week, do a B&G premix and shoulders the same day.

6 Days...
-chest, cardio
-back, cardio
-legs
-shoulders, cardio
-bi's cardio
-tri's, cardio or shorter leg workout
(add in abs and rest day wherever)

5 Days...
-chest, cardio
-back, cardio
-shoulders, legs B&G shorter premix
-bi's, cardio
-tri's, cardio
(add in abs and 2 rest days wherever)

How about if I do S&H as a 3 day split and use MM on the 6th day as a way to target the muscles a second time that week?
