My husband and are SO ready for children - we are planning to start trying really soon (I can't wait!). I would like some help on deciding what workouts I can and should do - can I keep doing all the ones I have been doing as long as I feel up to it? I own Maximum Intensity Cardio, High step circuit, High step training, Back, biceps and abs, Muscle endurance, Body Max, and I have preordered the Hardcore series. I also have most of the Karen Voight videos.
What about ab work? I've finally got strong abs and I want to keep them strong but don't want to hurt put any stress on the baby?
