What workout should I do tonight??

I have a major dilemma. I can't decide which workout to do tonight. Too many choices LOL. I know I want to do a combo of cardio & weights. Help me!!!

Here are the choices ~~

Workouts I have not done yet:
Cardio & Weights
LIC
Body Max 2

Workouts I've done and love:
Bootcamp
Drill Max
 
Well, now, that depends. If you want to be completely spent with not an ounce of energy left at the end, do Body Max 2. If you want to be not quite as spent and still have energy to drag yourself to the shower and bed, do LIC. If you'd like a fun, light workout that still does the job, do C&W.

I say go for Bodymax 2. I always feel great after that one. Unless you are short on time, do C&W.
I know exactly what you mean about too many to choose from! That's why I try to do rotations cause if I don't know what I am doing for that week, forget it. It will take me an hour to figure out what I want to do and by that time I've talked myself out of doing it!!!
 
My all time fav is BM2. I have yet to do the upper body weight training, so I can't speak to that, but the step choreography is SUPER FUN, and the lower body strength training during the circuits are really tough [to me, anyway]. All those *low-ends* KILL -- in a good way, of course.;)

Cardio & Weights is also fun choreogrphy, shorter and a little less intense. It has weight work for both upper and lower body, including lots of compound exercises.

I have never done LIC, so I don't know about that one.
