to Cathe during the Q&A part of the road trip? Details, details....please :7

Unfortunately there really wasn't a Q&A session. Cathe was available as people went to her for autographs and such for short discussion or a brief question, but that was it. That is something I would REALLY like to see in the future. In fact I posted a thread pre-trip asking if we would have the chance to just sit and LISTEN to her knowledge and info. Even more now I think it would be awesome to have Cathe and her crew members do an open chat forum at the next road trip. There was a lot of down time where that could have been done. But it was very nice to have that individual access to her.

It was nice to have her that accessible in an informal setting. I did ask her about future workouts, & she said nothing planned at the moment, she was feeling kind of burnt out. She told me a funny story about Power Max, which I brought for her to sign--something about how she remembered the photo shoot b/c of how high her hair is on the video cover, & how they kept telling her not to worry about it, it looked like it was moving as she jumped.

All in all she's very sweet, spontaneous & funny. And humble for that matter--she seemed so surprised at our delight over meeting her.
