what weights to use?

Hi there. Still waiting in Nova Scotia for my DVDs, but in the meantime, I don't know what weight I should be using as "heavy". I am not a really strong person, I had a setback and am back to using the old 3,5 and 8 lbs for the Cathe workouts I have now, but anticipate using 10 lbs soon. Any suggestions?Thanks. :)
 
Hi nsaeolian! Do the workouts with the weights you have first and then you will get a good idea of how much heavier you need to go. I will always tell you what weight I have to help you get an idea of how heavy but your goal is to find the perfect weight that allows you to just barely make it through the all the reps/sets per exercise. Of course this weight will vary per exercise. Good Luck!
