Hi there. Still waiting in Nova Scotia for my DVDs, but in the meantime, I don't know what weight I should be using as "heavy". I am not a really strong person, I had a setback and am back to using the old 3,5 and 8 lbs for the Cathe workouts I have now, but anticipate using 10 lbs soon.
