What was your first Cathe workout(s)?

I think my first Cathe dvd purchase was Cardio Core Circuit and the rest is history!! That was around 2009 when the Shock Cardio series came out.

Hee hee. I didn't like the rolling around on the floor core in that one. Years later my sis told me about the cardio-only premix. So then I liked it alot! Took me awhile to use prrmixes I guess lol.
