I would probanly incorporate a step/cardio workout too - to bring you up to date with aerobic moves, fitness has definitely improved since the 1980s ! I would probably start off with Mega Step blast, which gets you used to Cathe's moves, along with any of the tapes bfj suggests.
Or you could go for the Wedding Video, which is a 2 hour tape, and consists of a step workout, and an hour of floor and strength work. The title is a little off putting, but actually the snippets of Cathe's wedding day allow for very welcome water breaks, which you will definitely need !
If you don't own a step, then Cardio Kicks would be a good floor aerobic routine, very intense but you can modify moves down. I have just received this video, and so far, I have only watched it, but wow :-wow what a workout !!!!!!
