What to start with?

Hi,

I've been Firming for over 2 years now. Months ago I started Cathe's Maximum Intensity Cardio workout and LOVE it. Although, now that I'm six months pregnant, I don't do it as much.

Anyway, for Christmas I asked my husband to order a Cathe series. Does anyone know if it's best to start with Body Blast or the Intensity series. I'll probably do some light tapes six weeks after birth and then do the Firm tapes. After that, what do you think would be best to do. I obviously want to lose the baby weight plus the 10-15 lbs. I didn't get off from my first two pregnancies!

First Try the BB series .I prefer the Intensity series but it is harder than the BB.In your situation it will be start with the BB.The ctx series is great too:6 workouts with 30 minutes of cardio and weight training one muscle per day:cardio and biceps one day, other cardio and triceps etc.

I think getting CTX would be a good choice for you as you'll have a variety of cardio and strength work.

I don't have all the CTX series but I do like those-especially if you have a DVD player that way you can pick and choose the segments you want to do. I also really enjoy the BB series and that would be my pick-I just love the music in this series!

get body blast first.. then ctx.. then intensities!

i got intensities first.. and was surprised at how easy BB seemed.. i wish i had bought them in the other order!
 
I would suggest the Body Blast Series. There are plenty of premixes on these dvd's that enable you to create endless workout options. It is very convenient to have these options when you are short on time. I have two children and know that time is not always on my side!!
