What to order

I have recorded many of your tv shows, specifically the slow series.
I am 53 and in good shape. I exercise 6 days a week, treadmill, elliptical trainer, rower, weights, doubles tennis, hiking.
I have never gained weight and recently, have put on a few unwanted pounds. I know that mainly it is due to overeating.
My question is, you have so many options, I don't know what to order or where to start.
Can you recommend to me what you think would benefit me. I am open to both aerobic and weightlifting tapes. I have a Bosu ball, an exercise ball, a weight bench, free weights, a couple barbells, a step and ankle weights. I like to do it in my basement as opposed to going to the gym.
Help.

Hi Cheryl! I love the variety in your cardio activities.

Since it seems you are doing Slow and Heavy training now and don't appear to have a lot of Step aerobics for cardio, I think Low Impact Circuit, Muscle Max, and Boot Camp will be nice compliments to shake up your program right now. Doing these three workouts on non-consecutive days per week along with an interval workout on your treadmill and a couple of hours of doubles tennis one day(bringing you to five workouts per week) will be a great rotation for you.

Have Fun!

RE: What to order-follow up question

Cathe-
Since the programs I use have commercials, I was wondering, what weightlifting dvd's would you recommend. I consider myself an advanced level. I would like to split it into 2-3 days of lifting.
Thank you again,
