What to get next???

Hi all.....help...which one of the three is best .....S/S, Gym Style or S/H????

I don't know what else you own (Cathe DVD-wise) or your fitness level, but I love the gym styles. I never fail to "feel it". I'm at the end of my 3rd week of a 4 week rotation and have been able to increase my weights on almost all exercises this week AND my DH just tonight commented on seeing some results (which of course may not be due solely to GS). I'm a skinny ecto and have a really difficult time adding any muscle, definition yeah, actual muscle size - no. Gym styles, love 'em.

Thxs for responding.....I'm very fit Melodygirl...I taught Aerobics, Step and Weights for 15 yrs.....I've been using Cathe's DVD's for about 4 yrs before I use to use the Firm along with Yoga, Pilates and I used KAREN VOIGHT's DVD's....Right now I also take CARDIO KICKBOXING....I have a male instructor, GREG BEGAN, who is GRUELING but FANTASTIC...He has 2 BLK belts in TAI QUON DUO......I ususally have to chg my regiment every 3 months or so because my body gets use to it......So GYM STYLE...ok, I'll look into it...Thxs again Melodygirl....All the best to you and yours....

HI, I'm very fit too. Former instructor of various classes and trainer and have kept the fitness level up. I LOVE the GS and change my workouts usually every 2-3 weeks, but stuck with GS for 4 and am glad I did.
