What to eat???

Hi! I have wondered, and asked other places, but have never gotten an answer, what does Cathe eat to look so wonderful? What kind of plan or "diet" or Way Of Eating, does Cathe follow to keep her physique so superb, especially after children?? I would think that surely, she follows some kind of plan, and with all the hype and diet and eating plans out there, I would LOVE input on that area!!!
 
I don't think she normally anwsers these sorts of questions.I guess b/c she found what worked for her...and it may not work for us.(she is always saying found the magic:) )
I do beleive though that one time someone had mentioned that her body as changed so much since her first aerobics videos, and I think the response was the she eats 6-7 meals through out the day.
But you can look at anyone in the fitness industry(weather it be mags or videos)and they all look awesome.I think they just have the knowledge and the willpower to stick to what they want.And there is also pressure from the public.If you are into fitness...then you have to look like your into fitness...

Cathe I dont' think willever completely say what she eats inorder to look the way she does. She did say though that she eats a lot of different kinds of foods to keep the nutrients up. If you go into behind the scenes of Intensity Series in the home page you will see a link of what Cathe did to get in shape after baby #2. That might help you get more of an idea of how she looks the way she does. But I don't think she will ever give complete details as to what she eats on a daily basis. I know that when she was doing the MIS and MIC videos she said that back then she was trying to keep her ratios 40-30-30. But I don't know if she still follows that now or not. The most recent thing that she has said is that she eats a lot of different foods through out the day.

Maybe she won't say because it keeps changing.

When I first saw the title to this thread, my impulse was to answer, well, we have eggs, and some frozen chicken, and a deep dish DiGiorno pizza but I'm saving that for my son... :p
 
thanks lori and Kathy- this helped I read the behind the scenes. I think the old standard of everything in moderation seems to be a good motto. diet for me is the hardest part of a fit lifestyle...life is way too short to cut out the things you love in life. So personally I try and eat as healthy as I can but give myself treats too- usually instead of a big piece of cake I take a really tiny piece- people sometimes make fun of how little I take but a taste is good for me. as for things like chips- I have to make sure I don't buy them very much or I will munch out big time!!!
