Good morning fellow Catheletes!
I have a question for you.
I'm doing my first STS rotation and I'm on week 2 meso 1 and I'm not going to be able to workout from the 25th to 28th of September, so I'll be missing 2 weight workouts.
I was wondering if there is a way that I could rearrange next week workouts so that I don't miss one or just pick up where I left.
I'm following the official 3 1/2 month rotation so weight days are M,W and F
