What to do now that August rotation is over!?

Cathlete
Hi all, this is my first post although I've been lurking since April when I found Cathe on FitTv.

I've been doing the August rotation and can't believe it's the end! Is anyone else out there wondering how they're going to go back to any other kind of work out? I'm so hooked on it now that just doing one video doesn't seem like enough. I loved this rotation and the challenge it gave me. Thanks, Cathe!

good question Kellymom

I was wondering the same thing. I was considering alternating the days of the August rotation with the January Fat blaster rotation. But I haven't decided. Now that I finally busted my plateau I don't want to backslide.

Can't wait to see what the Sept rotation is.

I agree - I can't imagine going back to one video, nor do I want to. I like the progress I made.

I'm going to wait until the Sept rotation and see what it is; otherwise I'm going to do August again and will try to develop a rotation similar to it, using other instructors', as sort of a easy month.

May I suggest a rotation that I cooked up earlier this year, the Hard Core Faux CTX Rotation? I've bumped it for your review.

A-Jock,

Question for you about the HC Faux-CTX rotation:

There seems to be no back work weeks 2 and 4 for this rotation. There is core work but I can't seem to find any back work in this.

Am I missing something?

Scroll down to Annette's second post in the rotation thread. She modified the rotation to include back work.

A-Jock,

Another question about this rotation: in week 3, you did originally put in back work in Day 3 (Muscle Max Back, Shoulders and core). With the change that you made to include back work in all 4 weeks, does that mean that we now are only to do Muscle Max shoulder and core for Week 3, Day 3 and leave the back work until Day 6?
