What to buy-- weight workouts

I am new to Cathe and am feeling overwhelmed with the selection of DVDs.
I like to lift heavy with low reps most of the time and would like to get some Cathe DVDs to break through boredom.
What is the differences between Gym Style, Slow & Heavy, Pure Strength
and Pyramid workouts?
If I want to stay with heavy weights/low reps which would be my best choice? I want to assume it would be Slow & Heavy, and if so, then what would be my next choice?

If you like to lift heavy with low reps, your best choice would be Slow & Heavy. Your next choice would be Gym Styles (my favorite strength series). The Gym Styles use the stability ball and resistance band. I haven't done Pure Strength but this is an older series and the workouts are a little shorter than Gym Styles. They also have a more dated look. The Pyramids are more of an endurance workout.
