I am new to Cathe and am feeling overwhelmed with the selection of DVDs.
I like to lift heavy with low reps most of the time and would like to get some Cathe DVDs to break through boredom.
What is the differences between Gym Style, Slow & Heavy, Pure Strength
and Pyramid workouts?
If I want to stay with heavy weights/low reps which would be my best choice? I want to assume it would be Slow & Heavy, and if so, then what would be my next choice?
