What time Friday Night?

Has it been announced what time the meet and greet is for the Roadtrip on Friday night?

I think I might have missed it somewhere.

I know that they are welcome to use the gym free of charge over the weekend. I will ask Cathe how she wants to handle how the front desk will know that a SO/DH is allowed access free of charge (of course, if they are with a road tripper then it's easy)...
