What tapes to do next?

I'd like some suggestions for what routine to do next. I am on week 5 of Pure Strength and need a new routine (weight) to stay motivated. I have S&H, but am a little scared to try it. Other tapes I have are PH and MIS which I did before I started the PS series.

I just finished 8 weeks of PH/MIS, and now have switched to PS. Going back to PH/MIS works ouat nice. I don't have S&H, so I can't help you there.
Cathe has a muscular endurance rotation that you may want to try. It is in the Cathe rotations I think volume 1.

I usually finish off my PS rotation (8 wks) by doing 3 wks of S&H. Don't be afraid. For some of the exercises, Cathe actually uses less weight than she does during PS. It just feels heavier because of the slow count. I love S&H and highly recommend it. Plus, you have undoubtedly made strength gains with doing PS - show off and do S&H - you might surprise even yourself! Have fun!

If you can survive PH (especially the leg portion), you'll be a whiz at S&H. This is one series you need not fear! In fact, next week I'm starting a three-week rotation on S&H after coming off PH for nine -- last 3 weeks I did it 3 times a week. I was exhausted by the end!

I almost find S&H restful in comparison. I think you'll enjoy it, too!
