What size dumbells do you ladies use?

Thanks for the input. I used the barbell with SPJ for the 1st time today with 15-25 lbs. For some of the exercises, that was a little heavy for me. But it's such a pain to change the weight, so I suffered through it sometimes using momentum (as Cathe told me not to :). Hopefully I get used to this barbell thing. I'm thinking it might be easier just to use heavier dumbells.
