What should I do?

I'm so excited!!!!!! I just got the new series this morning and want to do one of them today (or at least a premix). I know I should wait and preview, but I'm sure all you fellow Cathe junkies understand ...

So which should I start with?

So far this week I've done the cardio circuit off SJP/SB, the upper body premix off Muscle Max, the cardio/compound weights mix from C&W, and Imax 2.

I'm tempted to go for Butts & Guts as I haven't done that much on lower body and I was going to do the lower body premix off Muscle Max with a Low Max premix today.

Need suggestions quick as I can't wait to start!

Can you tell how excited I am?!!!:7

Congrats on your new DVDs! And, you have many reasons to be excited.
My rotation was B&G, LIC, BM2, then DM. But, now I would it as LIC, B&G, day off, BM2, day off then DM, and CF.
Preview them first or as you go along, it will help you prevent injury. The only Cathe workouts I never previewed but did was KPC and L&G, fortunately, no issues occured.

I just did B&G all the way through! It's fantastic. It went by so quickly I was really surprised. And I was pleased to see that even Cathe's legs were shaking in the low lunge section!

I've got a feeling I'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow. So I think I'll do some yoga, preview the others and do LIC on Sunday.

This has made my week!
