what should i add to running?

hi

i hope im in the right forum
my question is this: i like running very much i do this 3-4 times per week for about 50 min.(i have a trademile)
but i feel i have neglected cathe's dvd's because the running takes most of my cardio time,
what should i add to my running from cathe dvd's
another cardio thing or only weight lifts like muscle max? or should i run only 40 min and than add something the combine cardio and weights???
