What rotation are you doing in December??

I'm finishing up my P90X rotation, but haven't decided on what to do in December. I have plenty of time so I don't think I will be doing the December Timesaver (plus workouts keep me out of trouble). I'm curious as to what everyone else is planning on doing :).

i am during the fat burning and definition rotation. the workouts aren't that long anyway and this is something to work on for xmas.

I hadn't decided what I was going to do...but I might print out this rotation and, as usual, modify it to suit MY schedule demands:)
 
September's Guts and Butts workout looks like something that I REALLY need. I'm giving that one a try.

Yesterday I started a second round of the Slim Series slim training rotation. In this round I will add Turbo Jam, Cathe's workouts and stationary bike to get more cardio.I will substitute Tone it Up with Cathe's weight workouts.I think any Cathe's weight workout is better than Tone it Up.

I can never seen to stick with a rotation. I'll just continue to do a couple weight days, a couple cardio days and a couple curcuit days. I may use Cathe's rotation for ideas if I find myself short of time this month. I have to admire you ladies who can stick to a rotation for a whole month.
 
I usually make up my own rotations. December's is a wee bit ambitious, as I'm combining a marathon training schedule with a one body part a day rotation.
 
I am finishing up the June rotation next week, then adding a week of PS series and then I just might finish out the month with two weeks of Cathe's new December rotation. The workouts are shorter than I usually do, but at this time of year, it is hard to get everything accomplished and stay on top of the workout scene ;) I think I will use the two weeks of the December rotation as my "minimum," adding additional parts of the workout or longer amounts of cardio on the days that I have more time to dedicate.
 
Not sure yet. I was thinking of the May 2005 one-body-part-a-day rotation, but when I did it I found it a bit time-consuming, especially that I modified it to really push every muscle group. But I loved the results. Maybe I'll do something similar but reorganize the workouts so I get to do a 4-day split. Lots of activities going on this month. I don't think I have enough time to work out.

Thursday-SH Chest and Back, plus 30 push ups-Step (of SJP),
Friday-SH Legs and Abs
Saturday-Step and Jump (no pump)

This week starts with Christmas day...This week will ONLY happen IF I get Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance, my High Step (the one with the DVD!) and KickMax!!!

I myself will be taking advantage of the Dec 05 rotation. I really am looking forward to the CTX week!
