I lost 2lbs but gained them back. Toned up. Don't worry I still have cottage cheese thighs as well! The thing w/CLX is all the quad work, easy for women to overwork the quads, to counter balance that I did workouts w/leg presses, ie Cathe and Firm. I just finished up STS and toned up. Have some muscle defination. Rest weeks, then I want to try the maintance for 4 weeks of CLX.
