what results have you had with CLX ?

and how long did it take you before you seen them? I feel as tho my stomach feels flatter already. I cant seem to get rid of the cottage cheese in the saddlebag area and right under the but. with all this leg workouts i hope it helps these areas. thanks
 
I lost 2lbs but gained them back. Toned up. Don't worry I still have cottage cheese thighs as well! The thing w/CLX is all the quad work, easy for women to overwork the quads, to counter balance that I did workouts w/leg presses, ie Cathe and Firm. I just finished up STS and toned up. Have some muscle defination. Rest weeks, then I want to try the maintance for 4 weeks of CLX.
 
I have to do this rotation again. I did it once with really no results outside of strength gains. It was during a time where NOTHING and I mean NOTHING seemed to be working for me. I had gained some weight and no matter what I didn't, I couldn't lose it. I've since, somehow, broken through the plateu and lost the weight so I want to go back to this rotation and see what it does for me. It'll be a while though since I just started my 2nd round of Insanity! :D
 
wendy, what finally helped you lose the wt? was it insanity? I also have that program but thought I should try CLX first since I just got done training for a half marathon and wasnt doing any or hardly any wt training. I plan on doing insanity next.
 
Actually, oddly enough (IMO anyway), I started dropping the pounds while doing a SLIM SERIES rotation!!! I started Insanity after that. Insanity sure did help but SLIM SERIES kicked it off for me. I am itching to go back to SS as I really enjoyed it but I want to try and bang out this Insanity/P90X rotation I just started....I want to do it for at least a month and then I'll see....
 
mmmm... slim series is much lower intensity to isnt it? I mean compared to the others. Is it boring tho? I heard its repetative. I would worry about getting bored. let us know your results from insanity and p90x. Didnt I read somewhere that lauramax got good results from CLX or someone that is why I purchased it. I am hoping to get good results.
 
I am nearing the end of week 2 withCLX and not feeling any different really. I am getting depressed because I to have been where I cant lose the wt I gained 2 yrs ago, holiday wt. I use to hover around 125lbs and now I fluctuate between 130-134 lbs. I feel fat and puffy. I felt really good at 125 and use to be able to get back down to that no problem. then at 38 yrs old I gained and couldnt lose and 2 yrs later, its still there. I will go down 2 pds or so and then it pops right back up. I followed a diabetic diet for 6 weeks and lost only 2 pds. how depressing. I cut out extra junk, decreased how much I was eating and really nothing. I dont know what I have to do. I workout 5-6 days a week, hard workouts too. I keep hoping my body will finally let loose and let me get back down to under 130.
