What part of your body did working out with Cathe improve the most?

I've only been working out with her again a few months, but my quads and calves are much stronger. My legs just look much better in general, far firmer. My cardiovascular system has definitely improved, and I notice it's easier to perform moves with full and proper form. The arches of my feet are higher- I think it's the good stretch and strengthening they get with her pulsing lunges and such. :)

What about you guys? Which body part improved the most? Where have you gained the most strength?
 
I'd have to say cardio improvement with all that Hiit and Tabata, and definitely upper body since I can finally do a pull up now. Lower body always needs more work and RWH certainly helped me there.
 
Definitively arms and thighs! I stopped all workouts during Thanksgiving and restarted in Jnauary, and my upper arms were flab and lumpy. Now they are defined and muscular!
 
Can't pick just one! A whole body improvement, including skin!!!

That's awesome, Nanbo! My skin hasn't changed all that much, but I have been told my face is thinner (in a good way!) Interestingly, I feel like I work out less (in terms of time), but I've toned up and slimmed down so much faster with Cathe than with my old program. :)
 
I have to are my skin as well! I still have a lot of improvement to go! Because my skin has blotches and aches scars but it is a lot better then before! I had acne still and wrinkles coming but since I stopped smoking and doing Cathe my skin is smoother then it was and less blotchy then it was and I do not brake out with acne at all any more. I also think I have more of a glow from time to time. Not all the time but some days and see rain times of day I do have more glob to my skin as before it never had a glow it was dull and blotchy so I think no smoking and water and Cathe workouts has helped.
