I've only been working out with her again a few months, but my quads and calves are much stronger. My legs just look much better in general, far firmer. My cardiovascular system has definitely improved, and I notice it's easier to perform moves with full and proper form. The arches of my feet are higher- I think it's the good stretch and strengthening they get with her pulsing lunges and such.
What about you guys? Which body part improved the most? Where have you gained the most strength?
