what next???

Hi all and Happy Tday!!!

I am new to Cathe's workouts, however, today I mastered Step Jam!!! Yeah!!! Anyway, I have heard that Rhythmic Step is an awesome workout, I want to try that next but am I getting too ahead of myself??? Also, can anyone recommend an aerobic shoe to use. I would love to buy the Ryka Combo Cathe uses, but it's a little pricey for me. I'm switching between my Nikes and Avias, but my feet have been pretty sore lately. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
 
I always use New Balance.The last 3 pairs of my aerobics shoes have been that brand.But I love Sacony for running:7.I wanted to buy Rykas to, but I am in Canada and where I live you can't get them.But when I did find them the sales person told me that they weren't a big seller.Hope this helps, but what may be good for me might not be good for you.

I think you should go for it with Rhythmic step. I don't own Step Jam so I'm not sure whether it is simpler choreography wise, but RS is one of Cathe's dancier routines compared to what I've seen and I have all but what is on the Classics Vol. I disc. I just love the routine, the music, Cathe's energy - everything is great! Even if it's more complicated that what you've done so far, you can always grow into this video. If you don't get it first time, the fun is in trying it again and again and that keeps you from getting bored! Go for it. And have fun. ;-)
