You were so great to respond to a posting I made in July about losing weight after my 3rd child. I have been following your advice and have done 4 days of cardio per week and 2 days of total body weights. You suggested doing 1 day of heavy weights and 1 day of light weights. I am not very creative these days (incredibly sleep deprived) so I alternated MIS and Power Hour. I have lost 10 pounds so far (amazingly!) and have about 10-15 pounds to go. Should I continue with this plan until I reach my old weight or should I be changing things around?
