What next after the Pyramids?

Can someone recommend what series I should do next after completing a pyramid rotation? My goal is to define my muscles not to pack on much size.

Leaner legs for lower body and CTX upper body split, once per week for the former, twice per week for the latter. This should definitely help with definition and they are Cathe's best endurance workouts IMHO.

What you also can consider is ME or PH which are endurance type of workout which should define your muscles.
