what multivitamin do you use?

I currently am taking Olay complete women's 50+. Before this I usually always bought one a day active women over 50. They were out. I test my vitamins to see how well they dissolve in a little vinegar. These both do well. Also I have to look for ones without iron as I lean toward to much iron in my system and my doctor said not to take ones with it.

I use GNC's "Women's Ultra Mega". Cheesy name, but I think it's a decent compromise between price and quality. HTH.

In the evenings I use a Centrum Multi-Vitamin; after a workout, I drink a serving of flaxseeds with OJ, plus E&C, B50 and L-Glutamin and either two boiled eggs or a can of tuna (my own little after workout recovery drink/food).

One a Day Active

I used to take the GNC Ultra Mega for Women, but had a terrible time swallowing such a big pill. The One a Days are much easier to take.

Target cheapo brand mulitvitamin for active adults. It's the same as the expensive name brands. Plus I eat healthy. It works for me.

Costco has a energy pack by Kirkland that seems good. You get a 90 day supply in a box for about $17.00. I really like them.

I use the health food store brand of multis mostly, plus extra this and that occasionally (Vitamin E and selenium, iron, probiotics, whatever's on sale and appeals to me).
Sometimes I splurge and buy some stuff from the Dr. David Williams website.
