I was going to do SH legs and shoulders tonight. Came home with my usual after-work tiredness; had a small snack and started to workout, but I got through the warmup and started on the first set and was just dragging. Usually I can work past that after-work tired feeling, but tonight it wouldn't go away. I was actually dreading the workout, so I gave up--and of course now that I'm sitting at my computer again I have more energy and feel guilty!
Anyhow, the whole thing made me wonder what sort of things make others here not do a planned workout?
