I suscribe to:

Marie Claire- There is a whole lot of content other than beauty or fashion. How bizarre! Do you guys not notice this? Every month there is something about the plight of women everywhere on this planet! This has been a very informative magazine.

Star Magazibe: Just because they have it right, 90% of the time.

Somehow, I do have additional subscriptions, but they obviously don't mean much.

Currently:
-Parenting
-Oxygen

Prior to these it was:
-American Baby
-Fitness
-Shape

And I always find Cosmo entertaining!;)}( Subscribed to that one for YEARS!!!

>i USED to get ENERGY FOR WOMAN......now nothing......i loved
>that one so much:(

That was one of my two favorites (with Muscle and Fitness Hers). Why do the good ones stop publishing?

Oh, we're a well read family when it comes to mags!!

DH
Bass Master
Field And Stream

DD
Nik
National Geographic Kids

Me
Health, Fitness and Shape (don't really like any of them, and will be gone soon)
Best Body (My FAVORITE!!!)

MJ

Women's Health & Fitness - like this one!
Health - also pretty good
National Geographic

Just got DH a subscription to Men's Health & Fitness for Christmas, although I will surely read it more than him.

My mom gets me gift subscriptions to Reader's Digest and some Quick cooking magazine!

I got my husband a subscription to Men's Health last Christmas and we both read it from cover to cover. I was happy, too, to see Women's Health come out so now we get them both. Other than that I get Prevention, More, Fitness, Reader's Digest, Country Living and Country Home. Nothing more relaxing to me than a good magazine and a cup of tea on a winter evening! :)

Oxygen
US News and World Report (very informative on health and current events)
Time Magazine (very informative on current events)

I love Oxygen. The implants don't bother me. And, they are all in the bathroom, LOL :)

Vegnews, my fav
Vegetarian times, I might let it run out
Reason, DH's but I read it too

Mags I buy on the newstand:
Rolling Stone
Spin, on occasion
Herbivore, if I can find it

carolyn

I love magazines and I get lots of them.

Fitness
Shape
Muscle and Fitness (used to be Hers but that went out of business)
Lucky
Budget Living (less magazines maybe?)
Budget Travel
Essence
Black Enterprise
Weight Watchers
Marie Claire
Runner's World (really my husband's but I read it mostly)

The guy at the base gym tell me that they don't have buy magazines they just wait for my delivery

Geez that is lots of magazines.

Wow! Fun replies everyone :) Interesting to me that alot of us have let our Shape and Fitness subscriptions run out! I did the same a couple of years ago. It just got to the point where I felt like I was reading the same articles again and again.

Sparrow

Used to subscribe to the following but let them run out:

--Oxygen (they cancelled on me)
--M&S Hers (ditto)
--Oprah (got tired of seeing her on cover every moth and tired of the same old, same old pop psychology)
--More (how many articles on anti-aging face creams can we read?)
--Backpacker (realized it was not targetting us but rich singles who can get away quickly at weekends and with no kids, plus it got depressing looking at fabulous hikes we can never get to!)

Now we just get National Geographic for kids because my daugher sucks it all up, every word, and remembers all these weird facts like "how many species of bats are therein the world?"

Mags I flick through and read at Borders for free whilst drinking my decaff latte? The whole darn lot of 'em!

Clare :)

Shape
Cooking Light (although I just let this one expire - need to take a year off, or so, and catch up)
Real Simple (love this - apparently I'm the only one)
